The Bone Chillers
It's a wonder what you can find at stores at the right time.
A few days ago I was at Family Dollar, a store located a street away from my house. While there, I found a great set of "toys" that I thought would be marro-themed, so I got a handful of.......BONE CHILLERS Look at them here: http://www.aaglobalind.com/images/bu...lk-vending.jpg Now that I have some, I will tell you which ones I have. So far, I have 3 piles of skulls, 3 demon gates (the skeleton in the window), a gravestone, and the skull with a snake. I also have a gargoyle (the top left figure), but it isn't part of my marro set. I am hoping to get a grim reaper next. Anyway, I have created a set of rules for each one Skull Pile If adjacent, plus 1 to attack and defence Demon Gate If adjacent, plus 2 to range Winged Grave If adjacent, plus 2 to move Snake Skull When adjacent, roll a 20-sided die 1-8 +2 attack and defence 9-16 +2 range and +1 move 17-20 remove 2 markers from card (if any) All of them (except the demon gate) block line of site. ------------------ I'm happy I found these, so now I have more for a custom HS collection. If you see a machine full of these, they are a must for any marro theme. They are 0.50 each in a toy machine, so if you bring about 3 bucks worth of change, you're sure to get alot Last edited by Magic Darkus; March 2nd, 2010 at 05:02 PM.

Nice find. If you can, take a pic of them next to a heroscape figure and post it please. I'd like tp see how they match up for size.

I actually just got the skull&crossbones tombstone out of a quarter machine the other day!

Good job, NecroBlade! You might want to use it, cause custom stuff rocks.
Anyway, I will post a pick of some on an HS board, then near a figure, when I get a chance. My camera isn't available right now.
