Halo Reach or CoD Black Ops?
I grade them on three criteria:

Campaign-

Firefight/Zombies mode-

Multiplayer-

I think Black Ops is better in all three , but thats just my opinion, what do you think?

I voted for Halo just because of played Halo 3 and MW2 and I like Halo better but I haven't played either game so I'm just going to go with the underdog.

IMO MW2 and Halo 3 are better than either of the choices, more so with the Halo franchise.

Well, I've never heard of Holo Reach, but Halo Reach is definitely better. You have shields, so you don't get poked and fall down dead. Plus, the vehicles in Halo are sweet!
