Removed Ocean Master and Cheetah (Barbara Minerva) from the OP here as I'm happy with the general direction of those from Scapemage and Quozl.

Since He-Man is moving right along, I wanted to compile an updated version of where we're at with Skeletor (and get it linked to the OP). It's probably too soon for the Last Chance Workshop, but I'm happy to get any feedback you all might have.

SKELETOR
KELDOR

ENVIOUS
MEDIUM 5

MOVE 5

ATTACK 4
DEFENSE 5

POWER GRAB
At the start of the game, place a Glyph of Object of Power symbol-side up on this card. After revealing a numbered Order Marker on this card, instead of moving, if Skeletor is unengaged, you may roll one combat die. If you roll a blank or a shield, immediately end your turn. If you roll a skull, flip any symbol-side up Glyph on this card power-side up. Add one die to Skeletor’s Attack and subtract one die from his Defense for each power-side up Glyph on this card. Skeletor can equip an Equipment Glyph even if there are other Equipment Glyphs on this card, up to a maximum of 2.

HAVOC STAFF
When Skeletor casts a spell during his turn, he may cast one additional spell. If Skeletor is equipped with the Glyph of Power Sword, you may choose one Common Spell cast during his turn. After casting it, do not remove the chosen spell from the game.

MAGICAL DEFENSE
When Skeletor is attacked by an opponent's figure that does not have the Magical Defense special power, the most wounds Skeletor can take for this attack is one.


SPELL
MISTS OF EGRESS
UNIQUE
? Points

If this figure is attacked by a normal attack and at least one skull is rolled, after rolling defense for this figure, you may choose this figure and up to two adjacent figures you control. Place the chosen figures on any empty spaces in your start zone. Placed figures will not take any leaving engagement attacks.

New take on Phantom Stranger to make him more specifically a helper to the Justice League in Crisis situations:

NAME = THE PHANTOM STRANGER
SPECIES = ENTITY
UNIQUENESS = EVENT HERO
CLASS = PROTECTOR
PERSONALITY = MYSTERIOUS
SIZE/HEIGHT = MEDIUM 5
LIFE = 10
MOVE = 5
RANGE = 5
ATTACK = 5
DEFENSE = 5
POINTS = 555

JUSTICE LEAGUE UNLIMITED
At the start of the game, place 1 blue Justice League Marker on this card for each Amazon, Atlantean, Human, Kryptonian, Martian, and Metahuman Unique Hero you control that does not share a Class with any other Hero in your Army, to a maximum of 6. Before moving Phantom Stranger, you may place a Justice League Marker from this card on the card of an adjacent figure you control.

CRISIS MANAGEMENT
If you win initiative with at least one Order Marker on this card, you may remove one unrevealed Order Marker at random from one enemy Event Hero’s Army Card, or you may instead remove one Justice League Marker from this card and remove two unrevealed Order Markers at random from one enemy Event Hero’s Army Card.

DISPELL MAGIC 15
If an opposing Player would use a Spell, you may first roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 15 or higher, that Player cannot use a Spell for the remainder of the turn.

MAGICAL DEFENSE
When the Phantom Stranger is attacked by an opponent's figure that does not have the Magical Defense special power, the most wounds the Phantom Stranger can take for this attack is one.

SUPER STRENGTH
FLYING

Why not get Wonder woman in on the deal as well?


It does sort of have a Star-Lord type fun to building armies but then since all he does with the markers is give them out he's really forcing your had as to which versions you have to use.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.

He's more or less played like DC's version of the Watcher, if that makes sense.
