The figure used for this unit is a Star Wars figure from the Jedi Academy set. The name of the figure used is Crimson Nova Bounty Hunter.

FERAL SWIPE
If Seleena is attacking an adjacent figure, add 1 die to Seleena's attack. If that figure is a Hybrid, add one additional die to Seleena's attack.

ACROBATIC
When Seleena rolls defense dice against a normal attack, one shield will block all damage.

• Maltis Tez
• an opponent's Seleena
• Van Nessing
• a figure affected by Lycanthropy

WEREWOLF LORD : MOON FRENZY
With Seleena being a Hybrid hero, a Werewolf Lord can use Moon Frenzy to make an attempt to take a turn with her.

COMMAND COURIER : COMMAND DISPATCH
As a medium unique hero who follows Vydar, Seleena can take a turn after a Command Courier as a result of Command Dispatch.

LAGLOR : VYDAR'S RANGE ENHANCEMENT AURA
As a figure with a range of 7, Seleena may benefit from Laglor's Vydar Range Enhancement Aura.

You might also want a list of Hybrid figures. Right now, that's only an opponent's Seleena or a figure bitten by the Werewolf Lord.

So, what's the backstory with her Hybrid / Tormented status? Genetic experiment? Mixed parentage? Cat wandered in to the matter transporter at the wrong time? Just curious. And you know what they say about curiosity....

I would say yes. (but of course he wouldn't have the synergies without the actual label).

I think chas is asking what defines Hybrid as a species. In classic scape the only Hybrids are figures infected by the Werewolf Lord. C3V/VC, before Seleena, only had Van Nessing, whose theme (and probably mentioned in his bio) implies he is infected. Based on this, Hybrid as a species could have been narrowed down to figures infected by a Werewolf.

But now Seleena has the the species of Hybrid, seemingly on the basis of being a half-cat/half-human. Much like Brandis Skyhunter is a half-elf/half-human, and so could have also been a Hybrid under the same criteria.

I would say no for the same reason Acolarh doesn't get to save Brandis Skyhunter. The species listed is what it applies to and not anything else.

Hmm, I could be wrong. My understanding is that Seleena's species of hybrid has more to do with lycanthrope than being half-cat/half-human. Perhaps lycanthrope is the origin, directly or otherwise, of her strange appearance--perhaps one of her parents or ancestors was a lycanthropic cat, and the genetic/blood modification carried down to her in some way..
