I would say I would have a Complete set when I can find Someone who has an extra Sculpt and can paint me a Samuel Brown!
But I am also Happy with Having One of Everything. Multiple Sets of terrain And multiples of certain squads that I like to use. I may not Have all I want But I can say it’s a Complete Collection so Far. Now If AOA Gets Released I need at least 2 Sets!  Born of Two Signs / Also Might have Two Sides
