I'm not sure Poison Ivy really needs a second design, and there's not a lot that this design does that the original design doesn't do. Moving on from there... I'm not entirely certain what the theme behind Power of the Plant is. From memory Poison Ivy really just controls plants and isn't boosted by them. Also, just over 50% of 1 Wound isn't enough to make me forego an attack of 4 against more than one or two specific match-ups. Maybe something like Vision's Physical Disruption? Give it the potential to deal more than one wound to make it more attractive?
 EDIT: Also worth considering, should her poison be able to work on robots? Animals? Can you defeat a mind such as mine?

Yeah, not seeing the point of a second version of Ivy unless it captures an iconic part of the character that the first design doesn't, which I don't feel this design does.

Swamp Thing
Life 6 Move 5 Range 4 Attack 5 Defense 6 Points: 250 Human(?) Unique Hero Scientist Tormented Medium 6 Swamp Movement 13 After Moving and before attacking if you are in a swamp water tile you can role the 20-sided die. If you roll a 13 or higher you can move again. Swamp Strength. If you are in a Swamp water tile you get one more attack die and defense die. Super Strength.

Life 4 Move 6 Range 1 Attack 3 Defense 4 Points 170 Human Unique Hero Archaeologist Insane Medium 5 Claw Slash Special Attack Attack 4 Range 1 For each wound you inflict you roll another attack die which count as unblock able hits.
