In the bottom left corner, underneath the user's name, to the right of the scales where you can give people rep, you should see a white triangle with a red border and a black vertical line (I think maybe it's supposed to be an exclamation point, but it so small you can't tell). Click that.

Top right corner is correct. And, yeah, it was reported, so it got deported.

Doing searches for Kha, to see what tournament armies he's been in, etc., and keep getting no matches searching all forums, even in threads in which I know hw appears.
