People of the water castle.

The Vipers that lived in there water castle have done so for years, protected by its high elevation. However, a recent earthquake has dammaged the castle, breaking off part of the structure that keeps the back up. The Vipers must gather resorces to repair there castle before it falls apart.

As the water has leeked out, speculation and rumor has caused Obsedan Guards to come to this peacefull castle, thinking that water is of the Wellspring!

Required sets: 2 master sets. 2 Castle sets, 1 Forgoten Forrest.

Looking in, you can somewhat see that part of the floor is missing, alowing the Vipers to jump down and run out the crack in the front. The only way up is the lone latter. The vipers must make it out of the castle, and around to the back to repair the dammage. The Obesdian guards must make it inside the castle!

400 points - one of all Viper theem and 1 for all Obsedan guards. Vipers can not use frenzy. To repare the castle takes 5 rounds, and requires 3 vipers around the ruins in the back.

To capture the castle there must be 4 Obsedan Guards inside the castle for 3 rounds.

Because of the watter, the door is weakened, only has 5 life, and does not have automatic defence.

Cool concept, UD! I think ruined castles will be very popular on fan-made maps, but only slightly damaged castles are even more interesting! It's like the attackers were waiting for just the right weakness...

Not to be a party pooper but I beilieve that ladders are not allowed to rise from water as it is in your map.

Building alot of maps myself, i know several terrain building rules need to be broken to make things that look cool, like waterfalls, but just pointing it out.

well, of course the rulls might not alow it, but thats waht makes it fun, also the ruins in back dont QUITE fit that postion. And sadly, the Vipers never got insurance they dont trust gekos apperently.

Looks like it's time to call the HS plumber.

Nice map, UD! Have you played the scenario yet?

Additionally, it was shared to the community by the designers in an interview way back on .net that one key to making a good scenario is to include something that "breaks the rules"

Nice job UD!
