Re: Public Design Workshop
L_M, I just want to point out (as one of the old Legends) that two of our strongest members both had auspicious starts. Scapemage came in guns blazing trying to insert himself into C3G and just take a leadership role. Bad start, burned a bunch of people, but MAN, did that Phoenix rise! Scapey retired the first time from Hero as a valued member, one that was sorely missed. Since then he has come back and been more valuable than ever. In many ways, he has stepped into the shoes vacated when IamBatman retired and he is doing a wonderful job! Arkham (formerly known as Aggressive Sock) showed up as an opinionated, overly aggressive, easily angered dreamer full of ideas, but preferring to get others to accept his ideas rather than compromise. Again, bad start, burned a bunch of people. But like Scapey, he worked to overcome those initial impressions. In his case, he literally rose like a Phoenix as he put Aggressive Sock to rest and changed his name to Arkham. Since then, he has done some amazing design work and is top tier when it comes to quantity and quality of tests. Now, as he stands on the precipice of retirement, his fellow Heroes don't want to let him go and are constantly reeling him back in with new ideas and new challenges. My point is that C3G is familiar with redemption stories, the question is,
@laughing matter
, will you be the next one?
Semi-Retired C3G Hero (and first Official Member of the C3G Target Audience!) The correct way to add C3G playtests to posts. My favorite day EVER on heroscapers. Re: Public Design Workshop
They'll probably have to promote him soon, considering his having such dominion over all the potential designs.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: Public Design Workshop
Would people have thoughts or preferences on me starting up a Valiant-verse workshop for all those designs and working? I thought it might be a good way to look at it, like some of the Dreddverse and similar themed workshops.
