New FAQ up at Official Site

The New FAQ has been posted at Heroscape.com.

Look at the section regarding Sujoah near the end. It references a figure named Migol who has a 'one shield defense' power. Wave 9 maybe?

I didn't get a chance to read it in depth. Maybe you guys can find some other cool stuff in there while I'm in class.


Edit- other stuff I noticed:

Aquilla is a good guy.

It mentions Ullar Warlord Bonding as an exapmle. It says you can't move more than one Ullar Warlord at a time with this bonding, but there is only one Ullar Warlord. Maybe there is another one coming soon.

Gurei-Oni's special attack is called Hanabo instead of Tetsubo. This may be what is was called during development or something.

It says they are working on making the exclusives avaliable through other means.

You guys already caught some of these, I'm including them in the first post though.

Did no one else see "Human Gladiator Bonding?!" (Personally, I hope it is on a [10 point] common Gladiator Hero, but it will probably be a squad.) That and the Templar Cavalry's ruling

You could even roll 7 attack dice if you managed to gain height advantage over that poor defenseless Utgar figure.

And I was hoping for a ruling on Deathwalker 9000's Explosion Special Attack, but instead it appears they added on to the ruling:

Can a figure target itself with a ranged attack?
No, a figure cannot target itself unless otherwise stated on the Army Card.

which could still mean he could attack himself in my opinion (since his card never says "target").

Anyway, the whole not having 2 of the same guys in your army is ridiculous, and I believe takes away an element of fun in the game. Maybe they will make exceptions to it in the future.

But to end on a positive note, I appreciate the clarification on Sujoah's power. Hurray Poison!

You know that's only for unique figures, right?

No, he can't target himself. It isn't "otherwise stated" on the card, so you go by the rule, which is "figures can't attack themselves." Do what the card says, not what it doesn't.

Page 14 says that you cannot mindshackle unique units that you already have in your army.

I thought you could. Is that new?

Okay, I missed that.

On the EOV section, it says that they're working on getting the exclusive figures available again!
