But if this Matt Murdock isn't on the battlefield, how does this power affect Daredevil? I assumed once he's off the field his powers can no longer be used. They can't both be on the battlefield at the same time. Or am I wrong?

Figures don't have to be on the battlefield for their powers to work. Otherwise resurrection powers wouldn't work.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Here's an update on my Ronin take after getting some feedback from some of you. Thanks for taking a look.

NAME = Ronin
SECRET IDENTITY = Clint Barton

SPECIES = Human
UNIQUENESS = Unique Hero
CLASS = Fighter
PERSONALITY = Resolute

SIZE/HEIGHT = Medium 5

LIFE = 4

MOVE = 6
RANGE = 1
ATTACK = 4
DEFENSE = 5

POINTS = ??? (220-230?)

Ninja Star Special Attack

Range 5 Attack 2
When Ronin attacks a non-adjacent figure with this Ninja Stars Special attack, all skulls rolled count as an additional skull. If at least 1 skull is rolled, Ronin may Stealth Leap and attack with his normal attack or Nunchuck Onslaught Special Attack.

Nunchuck Onslaught Special Attack
Range 1 Attack 3
When Ronin attacks with Nunchuck Onslaught he may attack any and all figures adjacent to him. If Ronin inflicts a wound with this special attack, he may Stealth Leap and attack with his normal attack.

Deadly Slice
After attacking an adjacent figure with his normal attack Ronin may attack the same figure one additional time.

Stealth Leap 6
Instead of his normal move, Ronin may move up to 3 spaces with Stealth Leap. When moving with Stealth Leap, Ronin has the Flying special power, but may not move up or down more than 6 levels in a single leap, and will not take any leaving engagement attacks when he starts to leap.

Interesting write-up for a long overdue character.

I'd probably reuse precision Shuriken off of Ninjak here though and Deadly Slice seems like it might be better as just Double attack.

Switching to double attack makes sense now that I dropped his range from 5 to 1.

I didn't want to use Ninjak Special because it doesn't fit the combo attack I'm going for, which is the real key to the design.

@MrNobody What's your take on the Warbound power? I'm planning to do Miek for my next LD so I wanted to get your take on things.
I feel like Hulk should definitely have the big synergy power that ties all the Warbound together, since he’s the one you probably want the player drafting most often. I think that Warbound power looks good for the rest of them - It being the nornal ‘Warbound’ power sounds good to me! If we do end up guving Green Scar a bonding power, it can be called Warbound Rally or something.

On the design in general, I do think a potential 9 Attack with unblockables is a bit strong for a character that I don’t even think ever qualifies for Super Strength. I’d have him maybe start at 3 and work up from there. I also think the betrayal/single-mindedness aspect of the character is pretty important too, so it would be cool to see that worked into Never Stopping.

I'm not really sure which Warbound power you're talking about here, I think you're talking about the one I came up with but I'm not really sure. The lowest attack I'm comfortable putting Miek at is 4, with a possible change of For the Hive to an additional attack die on the last two wound markers. I honestly don't see why Miek shouldn't have super strength, but then again I haven't finished reading Planet Hulk and I don't have a great idea of Miek's strength in his king form.

Pre-transformation Miek is pretty notably weak and unskilled, so I think a pretty low attack is justified considering he has 2 attack boost powers. Even fully transformed, he definitely shouldn’t be hitting as hard as Hulk, Thor, or Superman. It’s possible he’s done some things I forgot that justify Super Strength, but he’s definitely never above 300 points in our game terms.

Yeah, I was talking about your Warbound power. I think it’s a solid power to have on most of them, with Hulk maybe having a different thing to pull them together.
