Doing OK Matt. We text once in awhile but not the same as them being home. I try not to bug them much, but send encouragement here and there. Hopefully they call tonight so we can see how their first week of classes went. The first week was orientation and lots of cool activities, so it will be interesting to see how they deal with the totally different from high school experience that is college.

Fortunately we are only about an hour and fifteen minutes away from them. My wife and I are going down there next Sunday. We'll take them to lunch, and somewhere to pick up some things they may need. They each have debit cards with money in checking they made in the summer. So when they need something for class, they can debit it at the bookstore or wherever and we can transfer money to reimburse them for school related expenses. They haven't needed books so far. One needed a calculator for calculus. But otherwise, they spend about $110 here and there for codes to download curriculum to their laptops.

Definitely quieter at home, but I don't miss the attitudethey'd have more times than not. Hopefully they'll learn more appreciation for mom and dad while they are learning to figure out adulting in college.

My oldest, from my first wife, went to SUNY Cortland and now is deputy director of media relations for NY Department of Corrections in Albany.

I have been to Binghamton once about 7 years ago. I went out to see my daughter graduate from Cortland and on the way back to Indiana, I took a deture to Binghamton to see IAmBatman while he was living there.

How far are you from Binghamton? Close enough for a visit once in a while?

Was looking at Who's Online for the first time and it is pretty cool to see what guests are looking at.

Someone was checking out the Icy Reunion scenario from World's Finest which was really cool.
A few people were looking at the Terrain Makers forum which makes me think we should be doing more terrain and scenarios.

I just wanted to say thanks to the C3G team and community for the years of good times you've given me and my game group.
