Is he meant to get the Tech Wizard bonus when adjacent to opponents' figures? Seems kind of weird.

Also, does Leo's Ninja focus help the glyph roll? My instinct says no, since it's a Glyph, not a ninja glyph, but I don't recall running into that in the past.

Tech Wizard says "Unique Hero you control".

I think Leo's Ninja Focus does affect Don's glyph as it is still Don your rolling the dice for.

I've always played it that way. It's definitely not game breaking.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
