Pac-Man World 3 Microsoft Visuals C++ Debug Library Error

Wondering if any of you guys could help me out with something...

I'm trying to play Pac-Man World 3 (2005) on my Windows 7, but after I install it, once I try to open it, it gives me the following error:

The "File:" part is blank I didn't forget that. I've tried running Program Compatibility to see if a previous version of Windows like Vista would run it but I get the same result. I've never had this issue before and it only happens when I open Pac-Man now.
