QUANTUM ABSORPTION
Once per round, after taking a turn with Captain Atom, you may place any or all Glyphs of Quantum Radiation from the space he occupies or that are within 2 spaces of him onto this card.

UNSTABLE ATOMIC ENERGY
Each time Captain Atom would receive one or more wounds, you must immediately place a Glyph of Quantum Radiation from this card on any empty space within one space of Captain Atom, if possible.

First sentence is present tense, while the rest is past. Shouldn't it be 'abilities far beyond those of a mere mortal'?

An additional source for the same figure is Legacy #071 / Captain Atom (making it #070-072, including the figures already listed) or #212 / Capt. Nathaniel Adam.
