No specific concerns either way, just checking intent. Yea

Yes, that's the intent. It does mean he can start throwing around a lot of unblockables if he finds a way to power up a bunch (like with Parallax's help). That's an 860 point investment, though, with counters (such as just throwing big attacks at him to make him burn shields).

Pretty sure you do need the "to each number", it's not entirely clear what the cap is without it.

We don't use that on the other lanterns or for other things so I do not believe you do, it's just to a maximum of 2.
