I'm sorry I'm actually canceling the event as I only had 2 people confirm that they were coming I was waiting for some replies but really didn't know what to do I have no idea how many maps to bring didn't know how many tables to reserve at guardian games didn't know who would be able to help with maps or anything else. Sorry guys I was waiting for people to get back to me only 2 people let me know they were coming for sure.

I did need to know that's why I asked for people to please let me know the 7th would work. There didn't seem like much interest after my post and guardian games wouldn't like me to reserve a bunch of tables and for me to bring a bunch of maps and only have 4 people show up.I didn't mind doing the work for it but I just needed people to let me know if they were coming.

Sorry if I sound upset but I did put a lot of time into the format and stuff it just didn't seem like much interest. Well everybody mabey next time; hopefully somebody will host one sooner or later.

Sorry it appeared like I leaked interest. I got a new taking job that has seriously constrained my posting availability the seventh works great for me if it's not too late to uncancel. I already put in for work off the night before that.

Well William the problem that I have is I needed to reserve our spot at guardian games ideally at least 3 weeks out. When I reserve our spot they want to know how many people and tables we will need. That's why I started the thread so early so we could get a date once we pick a date then everybody can confirm there coming not coming. I know some people during the vote said the 7th could work or possibly work which is fine when picking a date but once the date is picked that doesn't mean I know that person will be coming. We can always try again down the road if you guys want to play.

Sorry that I wasn't able to make it down this year. I am really sad to miss NHSD and to miss seeing the Portland folks again.

Hopefully my calendar will open up again soon so I can make it down before the weather gets crazy.

Nuts! I'm sorry I missed this-- It was under my radar. Since I'm not regularly active on HSers.com I tend to rely on automated notifications of PMs received, but didn't get anything for the @mention in the OP. Does anyone know if there's a setting to receive emails for @mentions? I just made a quick check and didn't find anything.
