Ok, my thought is to change Speed Dodge Strike 4 to Speed Dodge Strike 2, then keep the wording for Speed Force and change the name to Sadistic Super Speedster. Thoughts?

Not personally seeing a need for Speed Force unblockables and Speed Dodge Strike unblockables to stack, but I didn't really follow this one during the design.
 He'd notably be cut out of any current speedster powers that use Super Speed and Speed Force as call-outs, but I think most of those are heroic synergies, so not super problematic. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Yeah, I think you’ve won me over. Let’s just leave Speed Force as is, with whatever updated wording y’all come up with. Speed Dodge Strike can stay 4 without the stacking then.

I believe this version of Johnny Quick doesn’t have a known secret identity. Spidey designed Johnny Quick as the version from the Anti-matter Crime Syndicate. Then years later Soundwarp and I also designed some Crime Syndicate members, but we did the Earth-3 versions from the New 52.
