As to how many new MSs to be purchased? One for certain, and then possibly extra terrain through Housemouse.
The march/april date was from HMG site but it has changed to june.

And just for you willward this is my set list:
3 x Master set
1 x RTTFF
1 x Tundra
2 x castles
1 of each Flagbear
1 x Raknars 1 x Orms
1 of each wave

There you go!

My list:
6 Master Sets
3 Castles
3 Roads & Forest
3 Tundra (see a theme emerging?)
1 Lava (it sucks too badly to be worth getting three of)

1 of each unique figure/squad (Including Sir H and Nerak, although the Nerak card is homemade)
2 or 3 of each common figure/squad (because it's *always* worth having a second and often a third, and because I've yet to find anything where I want to have 4 squads)

And a dice tower

Will - a friend and I have discussed starting a Suuton games club for a while (I travel to Burton, him to Halesowen; both of us actually live in Sutton). But it's a struggle to find the right venue etc.

In the meantime, you're welcome to join us for a game here. I didn't have a games room built on the top floor of the house just for looks, you know. And don't give me that "only 16" nonsense - by the age of 11 I was walking through Aston every morning to get to school, and it never did me any harm.

Q - "Are you one of those people who does The Times crossword puzzle in 10 minutes?"

A - "I have NEVER taken 10 minutes!"

This is starting to cost alot, feeling jealous cause i started Scape late and buying everything at once

3 MS
1 VW set
1 Castle set
2 RTTFF sets (on order - yet to have them in the hand)
1 Orms return
1 Mallidons set
1 Utgars set
1 of each Flagbearer (my god they are expensive)
1 Agents and Gladiators and 1 Warriors and Rats

Cannot find cheap Tundra and crying myself to sleep over the lack of wave 3

So will we really have to wait until June for new product? Doesn't sound like Hasbro - surely they'll want to rake in some cash from Scapers before then?

Willward, to answer your question: one of everything, including the EOVs etc, though I've not felt any great urge to dig out the castle and play with that.

Richard, it would appear that you will have to bite the bullet and organise that club. As I've mentioned in previous posts, the Scape league at my club will kick-off next week and I'm really looking forward to that.

Guys, really need a big favour. Have any Brit Scapers got a spare unit of Vydar Blastatrons that they are willing to sell/Trade please. I know this should go on the trade thread but I just wanted to ask UK.

Would rather purchase as I only have spare MS figs.

Thanks in advance

Do you have Gladiatrons but no Blastatrons? They really work well together - although I would recommend getting at least two units of Blastatrons for each unit of Gladiatrons. Unfortunately I dont have any spares at the moment though Good luck with your hunting!

None spare here either - I have two squads (and three of Glads - but then, I use the Glads as cannon fodder and try to protect the Blasts, so a 3/2 mix works for me). There's little point in my buying more Blasts - they're packaged with the robo-wolf thingies, which are a pain to store, and two squads are enough I reckon - I find even with two squads of double-based figures, I can have problems fitting 4-500 points in the starting zone!

Starting zones can be a real pain in the butt.

At our club we've decided to let people set up any overspill off the map, but bringing them on still costs movement points; that way, people get to play with what they want - it's all about enjoyment, after all.

Today, I cleaned out the garage.

It's got chuff-all to do with 'scape, but my garage is now tidy, I discovered where the car washing gear was stashed, and the mouse that I thought was making a home in my screamingly expensive kites (or even more pricey airsoft gear) turned out to be a figment of my imagination.

I'm now eating a bar of Turkish Delight to celebrate the fact, to commiserate the fact that I'm not gainfully employed tomorrow, and as a slightly premature birthday gift to myself.

But I've only got 3 chunks left, so (i) I expect to get real miserable again, real soon, and (ii) don't ask me to share.
