He started his own custom project, playtested our work, and comments on just about every aspect of what we are working on. Beyond that, his input is insightful and productive. SirG never sits on his thumbs and waits for an assignment. He is always looking for some way to contribute, which lately, has been proof reading all of our X-Men powers. Furthermore, SirG understands how C3G functions, and he has taken the time to educate himself on our rules, goals, and general way of doing things.

I think SirG is a model Ally, and is a shoe in for soon-to-be Sidekick. If anyone is looking for an example on how to be a good C3G contributor, I think SirG is the cream of the crop.

I just had to bump this. Looks like Griffin may have underestimated SirGalahad. See, yet another demonstration of the policies and procedures working.

I'm not sure I see underestimating there - just proof that we appreciate people who work hard around here and do our best to reward that whenever possible (and healthy) for the group.

I would never underestimate anyone who holds such a spirit of excellence like SirG.

Btw ... I've gotta say, I think our latest Allies must've all paid attention to this thread or something, because they've definitely lived up to everything I laid out here from day one.

It always grows....with the exception of Balantai we've only gained members since the start.

No, we have had a few people come and go as their lives and allowed time changed. Mark B was hit by a car, Garada fell in love and out of touch, I took a 2 month break last year, a couple allies fell out of the project due to personal life reasons, and Balantai wasn't comfortable with the project going private/exclusive. Balantai wanted a more community collaborative project, and once he realized that the rest of us did not, he respectfully bowed out.

I'm on his side, and not intending to put down Balantai in any way, my opinion was that I had just gotten respected around here and wasn't dumb enough to back out. Again, not referring to Balantai but only my own mind.
