Re: The Book of Nakita Agents
In Heroscape, "turn" is (fairly) clearly defined, much more clearly than most terms. A Heroscape turn can only be taken by a unit, and a unit is defined by an Army Card. So a squad of four figures mean that unit's turn consists of moving and/or attacking with up to four of those figures. Individual squad figures cannot take "turns"--there is no such thing. The closest thing to that is for a whole squad to take a turn, but only one figure choose to move and/or attack. Even then, any and all powers that take place "before taking a turn" (such as bonding) or many other powers still take effect, since the whole unit is taking the turn. It's also worth noting that powers like Bonding give the player additional turns for the one order marker (e.g. the bonding hero gets a turn of its own).

Re: The Book of Nakita Agents
Had a question about Engagement Strike. Is it mandatory that you roll for this ability? We had a situation in a three player game where someone did not want to roll engagement strike. Because the wording on the card did not include 'may' (also doesn't include 'must', though) we decided that engagement strike was an obligatory action. Does this jive with everyone else's interpretation?

Yeah, any ability that uses the word may means that the controller of that figure can choose not to activate it.
