Yeah. Basically, we let people work for us and earn money, then if we like their design ideas, we ALL vote and give them a shot.

Yeah, at this point the design that are chose are pretty much under the control of the group and public as a whole.

I agree with this direction. At this point, the Ally or Sidekick has really showed their dedication by the time they get the points for the pass, the group decides the direction of the boosters, and the Heroes have veto power. That's plenty of checks and balances.

I'm with you there. It took a long time to get 5 designs done and a NM24, but it was worth it because it helped me to get a lot of design experience quickly, but I think the group is doing a great job at providing that now.

Not really, You just pick something and if it's drafted by a hero, they'll let you know and you just move on.

Or sometimes we let you have the design if we like what you have, like Good Pig did yesterday when he said he liked what Oatmeal had for White Queen and told him he could have her if he wanted.

Don't forget that you can do alternate takes on characters C3G has already done. For example, there is another C3G Superman that will be released next year. Really, there's no list of what you can't do if it's good enough.
