Are we doing only C3V Bio or C3V & SoV Bio. It seems that some of the C3V army cards that don't have any Bio yet in short supply.

As far as I can tell C3V and SoV merged long ago. I would imagine you can write for either. However, I am not the person who would know.

I don't know what you're talking about. Virtually none of the C3V cards have bios. Have a look at the one(s) that interest you. If there's a bio, it will look like this one. If those words aren't there, then it's fair game.

If you would like to write a bio for an SoV unit, it would be courteous to contact the creator of that unit first.

Asking if it is only for the C3V, because the title is C3V Bio Writing Contest?

An SoV unit is fine, as long as you secure the creator’s permission. That’s probably hard to do in the next 24 hours for many SoV units, so I wouldn’t necessarily recommend it.
