I have Order Markers 1, 2, and 3 on the Capuan Gladiators, and Order Marker X on Spartacus. If Dund removes the X Order Marker from Spartacus, are my gladiators still inspired for the round?

I would say yes, because an order marker was still placed on Spartacus. The card says nothing about whether that OM has to be revealed, unrevealed or removed. Note that the inspiration lasts an entire round even if Spartacus is destroyed during that round.

As long as the markers were placed correctly at the beginning of the round to activate the ability, it remains in affect for the rest of the round regardless of what happens to him, the card (negation), or the marker during the round.
