Marro Plague question

I looked some other places but I didn't see this. Say you have a marrden hound and during su-bak-na's move he moves up adjacent to the hound. Your next turn you activate the hound and move him away from sbn. The card says to only roll after moving so wouldn't the hounds not roll dice for sbn.
