Re: The Book of Savage Dragon (Breathing)
Donatello is best solo Turtle. Kinda wants stat-boosters around, though.

Re: The Book of Savage Dragon ~ Vote for Initial
yep
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Savage Dragon ~ Waiting for Initial
Been having reservations with his bonding ability. Been chatting with folks on Discord about it since I haven't been on a computer much, but basically his bonding being too open-ended might just cause problems with big Hulk/Sentry bonding turns. Bats suggested a "Secret Defenders" route where they only get a single turn a game. I also had the thought of making the markers a bit more general so we can use them for other synergies on other cards, much like Avengers markers.
This was my last shot at it: Quote:
Another thing to consider is the general expansion of the Lawman faction. Obviously I'm spearheading that currently, but I like the idea of cheaper cops like Montoya and Bullock being a good draft choice with Dragon, and not just a ton of heavy hitters. So if this is too ambitious, or will need some extra thought, I could put him on hold while we brainstorm some more. |

Re: The Book of Savage Dragon ~ Waiting for Initial
Seems okay to me. No need to draft lawmen to make him team leader, but then you want to draft at least 1 or 2 lawmen just for the bonding option once you burn through the marker turns. 6 is a lot of markers though if you can only place one on any card. He's looking at a 7 card (UH) army before you start adding in Lawmen in order to maximize him. That's what is causing Arkham problems with MMII, being priced based on full marker burn but only able to achieve full marker burn in high point games. I'd aim more for 1000-1200 point armies being his optimal build if you want him to be played more often and feel like a good pick. So try something like 3-4 markers to start and see how that feels for army building and execution.

Re: The Book of Savage Dragon ~ Waiting for Initial
Yeah the number of markers is adjustable, that was just a carryover from the last run anyway. 3-4 sounds cool. Then he can hit all of his Image friends.

Re: The Book of Savage Dragon ~ Waiting for Initial
Bats had this idea. It's a bit less powerful, but seems more mechanically interesting, and I think it'd open the faction up for more interesting synergies. Thoughts?

Sounds reasonable to me. I'm not too invested in where this guy lands and you clearly have a specific vision in mind.
