I was on a kickstarter binge for awhile too, as well as other things, but my games weren't miniatures board games, with the exception of Mercs Recon, which has probably 150 or so minis. Some of which are painted and most are not. Though I did use 4 of them to make custom characters for The Walking Dead.

Yeah, Ill probably do that starting with a bunch of my random heroclix that were bound to be made into heroscape pieces. Speaking of which
@ japes
, you like heroclix right? I can probably round up all those for you if youd like. For anyone wondering, my post wasnt supposed to come away as me bragging about the amount of plastic I have. I was truly surprised that I had that much. Now I need to go through it so I dont feel like a hoarder of minis.
Side note: my ATST and shoretroopers came in today. Ive really been wanting to put together the atst since I first seen it. I may just paint all those guys tonight.

I very rarely will turn down any mini's. Whatever we don't use I give away to my son's friends to build our group. We also play a little game where we design a card for a figure based on what he looks like if we don't know who/what it is. My son loves that. He's really getting into custom stuff these days. We've been creating heroscape cards for a team he's creating based on all his friends each with an elemental power and a squad of construct/elementals for them to team with. It's actually pretty cool.
Plus our floors are finally getting repaired/installed this week from the flood in February so we will be able to unpack our game table and games this weekend. Due to that and my wife's health issues, we haven't played or painted in many months.
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
