Re: The Book of Arsenal - VOTE for On Deck
Down to you, japes.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Arsenal - VOTE for On Deck
yea
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: The Book of Arsenal
After further testing Arsenal with the budding Outsider faction and reviewing these tests results again, I've come to believe that Arsenal is undercosted and would like to raise his cost 20 points to 190 points. I believe he would still be a widely drafted and competitive option at this point.
I would love some feedback on this thought before making an official proposal. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of Arsenal
Cover Fire is a very potent combination (free ranged attacks + free figure movement) so I'm not shocked to see him feeling pushed. I'll trust those that have tested him first and foremost but I have no problem with a bump.

Re: The Book of Arsenal
The one time I played him he felt a tad on the stronger side so I agree with a slight bump

Re: The Book of Arsenal
Makes sense to me. Feels a little weird for him to be way over Ollie, cost-wise, but hes rubbing shoulders with Jason and Dick at that level, so it's not too crazy, and it's not like 'only slightly over Ollie in points but crazy juiced' is really better.

Re: The Book of Arsenal
To be fair Ollie could use a new, higher costed version.

Agreed. Could definitely see an Arrow 2.0.
