HS & Marvel Civilian custom cards: Big update 6/5

Whether set in Hasbro's Valhalla or not, there are many scenarios that can be run that are not the standard, "kill the other army" variation. Some scenarios may involve escorting innocent villagers from one side of the map to another or rescuing a defenseless scientist. The possibilities are endless.

I wanted to start this thread to kick around some card ideas for characters that can serve as mission objectives or perhaps even cannon fodder. People to rescue, targets to eliminate, etc. In fact, these type of characters may even be even more suited to Marvelscape. After all, those do-gooder heroes are always rescuing someone!

Their stats compared to regular HS figures will be very low and so will their points (for the most part).

Here is one example. Nothing fancy, just a scientist:



This scientist is lithe and athletic, hence the fast movement and 1 in defense, but she can't fight unless she happens to get height advantage or some other bonus. A lot of these characters will probably end up being 0 attack and 0 defense, but remember, they are not meant to be fighters. Despite that, they may be very important in terms of completing a scenario's mission.

What will really set these civilian types apart will be an interesting ability or two that may help them survive or provide support for the more powerful HS figures or other custom figures.

Some of these could be specialists that the Generals summon to Valhalla for their technical expertise, etc. I was even thinking of making some Kyrie civilians, perhaps a diplomat or cartographer that would be useful for Valhalla scenarios and not seem out of place.

Heroclix and Horrorclix have a variety of figures that can serve for civilians or can be modded.

A Horrorclix figure removed from a Black Widow figure's base. Rhydderch's fast talk seemed like the only thing this figure can do. I am not sure if the figure is male or female, but it sure is ugly!
