I can't speak for C3V, but to the best of my knowledge, none of the current SoV nominees are directly based off of a character in Thormun's Journal. It's also been a long time since I read it, though, so I don't remember much beyond the basics.

There Anrik, Balgun and other names, I only skimmed through the journal. The Marro are also mentioned, the marrden hounds, grok riders, Su-Bak-Na and others, but they are not named in the journal.

The Marrden Hounds, Grok Riders, and Su-Bak-Na are already official cards. As for any names that do not have official/C3V/SoV cards, who know? the C3V could be working on one that we just don't know about yet, and anyone in the community could attempt to create a design for some of them if they find the right figure.

Those cards are off limits, but the thing is how to determine what marro they showed in the journal. The names for any kyrie custom that is still fair game is, Arik, Beldun, Thormun and other names?
