I feel like something more like Relentless would be more of a fitting personality, even though I like the Sadistic synergies. It did seem to get a lot of pleasure with mentally, and physically, harming his victims to get that fear up before finally feasting.
Both I could see fitting, but sadistic I feel hits the mark more...It had way too much fun torturing them kids the way he did. Sounds pretty sadistic to me

I do like him as a 275 pt figure. I can't see him as weaker than Jason. You could argue that he should be the highest value Slasher.

YOU'LL FLOAT TOO
At the start of the game, you may place the Glyph of Balloon on any empty space on the battlefield. Instead of attacking with Pennywise, you may place him on or within 2 spaces of the Balloon glyph, or place the Balloon glyph on any other empty space on the battlefield.

When Pennywise attacks a figure that does not have the Fearless personality normally, you may re-roll all dice once for each of the following that is true about the defending figure:
• It is small or tiny.
• It does not have the Super Strength special power.
• It has a Wound Marker on its card.
• It is not adjacent to any figures it considers friendly.

THE DEADLIGHTS
After attacking normally with Pennywise, if you rolled all skulls, the defending figure must immediately roll the 20-sided die, adding their remaining Life number to the roll. If it rolls 6 or lower, it receives a wound. It must continue rolling until it does not roll 6 or lower.

NAME = GLYPH OF BALLOON
SUBTITLE = (???)

PERMANENT GLYPH
Figures on or within 2 spaces of this glyph subtract 6 from their 20-sided die rolls made for The Deadlights special power. Constructs, Slashers, Tormentors, and figures with the Fearless personality are not affected by this glyph.

Lots of fishing for the kill here, with time spent setting it up for ideal circumstances.

That Glyph is so specific it's useless outside of this card and I don't see the purpose of adding that Glyph to our Glyph pool.

If we wanted to make the glyph more generalist, it could always be a general D20 subtraction thing. (Maybe with a way to “pop” it?) Just an idea!

There's quite a few specific glyphs in our glyph library, and it's a neat mechanic here that'd be difficult to replicate without a glyph. Maybe calling it Pennywise's Balloon (or whatever specific name) would be better?

Do we have any Glyphs that do nothing without a specific figure in play? That seems like a very bad thing to add.

I opened our Glyph section and immediately saw the Amulet of Damballah so I’d say yes.

I do see Tickle’s point and I think a more general ‘It-esque haunted balloon’ glyph could be a fun thing to add to maps. But we’ve also definitely done hyper-specific glyphs before.
