NAME = KORVAC
SECRET IDENTITY = MICHAEL KORVAC SPECIES = ENTITY UNIQUENESS = EVENT HERO CLASS = DEITY PERSONALITY = AMBITIOUS SIZE/HEIGHT = HUGE 10 LIFE = 13 MOVE = 8 RANGE = 1 ATTACK = 8 DEFENSE = 7 POINTS = 1000 POWER DRAIN Start the game with 3 Pink Siphon Markers on this card. Figures other than Korvac with a Siphon Maker on their card subtract 2 from their Move and Attack numbers. Anytime a figure receives a wound from Korvac you may place a maximum of 1 Siphon Marker on its card. After an opponent takes a turn with a figure they control with a Siphon Marker on its card, or when that figure is destroyed, return that marker to this card. At the end of the round remove a wound from this card for each of your Siphon Markers on other cards. DOUBLE SHOCK POWER Korvac may subtract 4 from his Attack number to add 4 to his Range number. If he does, after attacking, he may attack one additional time. COSMIC POWER ERUPTION Once a round, instead of attacking, you may roll one unblockable attack die, one at a time, against each figure within 2 spaces of Korvac. TIME LOOP If an opponent's figure that does not have the Temporal Defense special power ends its movement adjacent to Korvac, you may roll the 20-sided die, if you roll 13 or higher, place that figure onto the space that it occupied before that move. I've had 5 test games with him just as a proof of concept. Went 3-2 with some tweaks along the way:
Beat Godzilla with 1 life left Beat Illuminati with 3 life left (made tweaks to drain power after this game, unfun to play against) Lost to Fantastic Four badly Lost to Guardians of the Galaxy(OG team) Full life Martinex, 3 wound Charlie and Vance) Lost to JLA Trinity Wonder Woman 3 life left, Batman 1 life left I think he's not totally off base as a 1000 point figure. |

I'm wondering if I should drop the healing and add life instead, which would save space. My original idea for the Time Loop special power was to lower the d20 roll to 11 or 12 but allow the opponent to be able to take a wound to negate the effect. Not sure if this wording works or not.
TIME LOOP If an opponent's figure that does not have the Temporal Defense special power ends its turn adjacent to Korvac, you may roll the 20-sided die, if you roll 13 or higher, place it onto the space that it started its turn on, or its owner may choose to take a wound to negate this effect. Figures moved this way do not receive any leaving engagement attacks. If I drop the healing there should be some small amount of text space to make it work. |

I’m down with dropping the healing and upping life.
For the double attack power, the trigger is a bit confusing. Do you only get the double attack if you alter the stats? C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Yes, you get range and double attack, but lower attack number. Think Wrecker's Crowbar throw but double attack. Open to a better way to say it, without adding a lot of text if possible.

I would say if he does instead if you do. Either go with you or with Korvac/he.

I think if you change any reference to “a Drain Marker” to be “your Drain Marker,” it mostly takes care of that (and hurts Rogue if she is in your army).
Worth clarifying intent, though: are the markers meant to stack reductions for each marker on a card or just do the one reduction no matter how many markers are there? The latter seems better for balance but you would want “any number of your Drain Markers” language for that. C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.
