Awesome! Missed this one too.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Batman: Alpha set. Its model number and name is 015/GCPD. Also, The figure used for this unit is a Heroclix figure from the Hypertime set. Its model number and name is 001, 002, or 003/Gotham Policeman. This info belongs directly under the cards in the first post. Use this as an example. |

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
Q) Catwoman hit Green Arrow with the whip and I used the cops ability to be destroyed instead...so Catwoman attack stops since Green Arrow did not receive a wound, correct?
A) You are correct, Catwoman did not inflict a wound on Green Arrow, therefore she cannot attack again. Great use of the Cops btw. I do hope that you remembered that she cannot use her whip if she is engaged. Is this something we could rewrite to put under the strategy section? C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
These cops would be great to have around Deathwalkers. They are great for Raelin, Taelord, Kelda, Marcus, etc., and for low Life/Defense units like Syvarris.
They really seem too powerful with Q9! |

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
Nah, when it comes to Q9, just kill the Cops first. Don't waste your attacks against his 7 defense when you know they're just going to die for him. Kill the cops and then start shooting at Q9.

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
If you want to wrap your brain around what is near game breaking power, think about the cops along side Raelin and Superman with his "Heroic Duty". Now that is nasty!

It's all about the special attacks then.

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
Heroscape is really so much like football. You find something people don't have a ready built defense for and you exploit it and exploit it and exploit it until they have to change their base defense (i.e. army build) to something that's prepared for that. Then you convert back to what their original defense worked well against but their current defense doesn't until they're forced to change again ...
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Re: The Book of 5th Precinct Beat Cops
Protect and Serve
Anytime a figure you control would receive one or more wounds, you may instead destroy an adjacent 5th Precinct Beat Cop. With this wording, let's assume that I control Darksied and you control a 5th Precinct Beat Cop and they are adjacent. You then attack Darksied with Green Arrow and deal 3 wounds. I can instead destroy your adjacent cop. Was that the intent? Or should it say, "...destroy an adjacent 5th Precinct Beat Cop you control." |
