Updated the original post to remove the Avenger Marker callout, changed his move to 8, and Elongation to the above wording.

Changed his attack to 4, since he can grab height easily, coupled with the massive range, and he probably shouldn't be hitting harder than Black Panther.

Also gave him super strength, as all our rubberfolk have.

Like that Elongation power. The Flying tweak is a nice one. 8 move seems about perfect for that type of power and I think it will be real flexible in the mid game. You can decide if you wanna engage or just stay far back and punch. Engaging obviously forces the enemy to attack only him.

He's looking awesome, it'd still be cool to rope in Namor, T'Challa, and Black Bolt with him, but either way he'll be super fun in Illuminati builds.

He can still play just fine with them fwiw, and depending on what their abilities are, he may like them more than any random person. Given he wants initiative stuff, and they may as well, then there's already a connection, along with class.

Wrote up a Titania, I was just going to do a simple if a Criminal doesn't deal any wounds she can take a turn, but I borrowed from Superboy's Something To Prove instead since it has a bit more going on.

The power names are all pretty general, not tied down or anything. When the new She-Hulk show comes out, I might change the design a bit, get some of the characterization from there as well.

FIERCE RIVALRY
At the start of each round, after rolling for initiative, you must choose an opponent's Unique Hero with the Super Strength special power on the battlefield. For the rest of the round, add 1 to Titania's Attack number for each Order Marker placed on that Unique Hero's card up to a maximum of +3 for this special power.

NOW IT’S MY TURN
Once per round, when a Unique Criminal you control attacks an enemy figure within clear sight of Titania with a normal attack and two or fewer skulls are rolled, immediately move Titania adjacent to the defending figure, if possible. After moving adjacent, immediately roll 2 combat dice to add to the attack roll. If the defending figure does not receive any wounds, move one unrevealed Order Marker from an Army Card you control to this card, if possible.

TRIPPED UP
After attacking with Titania, if she did not inflict one or more wounds, you must roll the 20-sided die. If you roll a 6 or lower Titania receives one wound and you may not take any additional turns with other figures you control.

SUPER STRENGTH

I put 300-340 for points, She-Hulk is 310 and 370 for her two designs so Titania should be somewhere around thereish.
340 means her and Absorbing Man would be a 600 pair.
300 would mean she'd be a solid add to Wizard and Absorbing Man (the three of them would be 700) and whoever else. And she could also add on to the Wrecking Crew for 1,100

The first two are basic ones, the third should be useful in teams with Ares. The last I wasn't sure whether to make it a Gas or Equipment, but it should boost her allies.

I like Cruel Chemistry on her. Not sure I dig the Soldier connection since our Soldiers are mostly heroic. And it is a second thing that starts with glyphs on the same card which feels a bit busy. I'd probably cut the second power and lengthen the first power to let her recycle gasses a bit more.

Wonder if we'll ever have more Genius synergy. I could see an argument for Antagonist or Terrorist with her, but I think Genius is probably right and I could see her finding a home with some of the DCU Genius types we've done so far.

Thanks, I'll probably just turn the energizer stuff into another gas glyph and work on the first power.

Dreadpool is the best bet I'm aware of that could get Genius synergy going, kinda out there though.

Rolling out a design for M. Bison that could make the enforcers a down and dirty faction! I think this version would be a power house that would put them on the map as a playable faction.

Big Ideas:
- Psycho power!
- Brainwashes people for his syndicate
- Overall big bad of the Street Fighter series
- Employs assassins and enforcers
- The original prompt for his creation as a character was a villian "with powers beyond mortal comprehension."
- Faction leader

SHADALOO SYNDICATE
Before the game begins you may choose any unique hero human that you control and change that Hero's class to enforcer and their personality to brainwashed. Instead of taking a turn with M. Bison, you may take a turn with an Enforcer you control. If that Enforcer inflicts at 1 wound during its turn then you may take one additional turn with a different Enforcer you control. If it inflicted no wounds then you make take a turn with M. Bison and no additional turns.

PSYCHO POWERED
If a power references the Mental Shield special power then it references this power as well. An opponent can never take temporary or permanent control of M. Bison. A figure may never roll more than 5 defense dice when attacked by M. Bison unless they have the mental shield special power.

PSYCHO CANON SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 5. Attack 5.
After attacking normally you may reveal an X Order Marker on this card, then move up to 2 spaces and choose a non-adjacent figure to attack. M. Bison never takes leaving engagement attacks when moving with this power. If M. Bison destroys a figure with this attack then remove a wound Marker from this army card.
