A few more tiny edits that make it read better. Changed Spider-Knight to he in the last sentence because it is clear what you are referring to and the way the text broke out, 3 lines in a row started with Spider-Knight.

I would change the wording in this power personally. The first sentence just seemed clunky and without the "one or more" the power implies it takes multiple wounds to trigger (i.e. 2 or more).

The last sentence first specifies unblockable attack dice, then just says unblockable dice. IMO it should either be "unblockable attack dice" for both or just delete the part I suggested.

Spider Retaliation switching from 'figure you control' at the top to 'friendly figure' at the bottom is a bit weird. Though I suppose not really incorrect as a figure you control is a subset of friendly figures.
