It does require some set up (has to start out non-adjacent and end adjacent) and some luck (has to get a wound with the 3 attack nunchucks) but the whole "move combo" was the hook.

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

Well it also gives him a huge threat range. 6 regular move, a 5 range attack followed by a stealth leap and an adjacent special followed by another Stealth leap and normal attacks, but you are right, it does take some setup and luck.

@Karat

Yeah that was the intent. I see him as instant offense, rushing in with multiple attacks. Getting all 4 attacks in probably won't happen much, because of the wound limitation on the Nunchuck attack. I think chaining the special with the normal attack is interesting and fits the Ronin theme.

Do you feel it is too much? If so what change do you suggest?

I really like the possibility of stringing the attacks together, but I'm open to changes.

The range is 5 but the leap is only 3 spaces so if you want to try to combo the range is actually less.

@Karat my feelings are that you might be able to use the full combo maybe once a game. Most of the time after he rushes in it's going to be normal attack and/or stars.

I can see that. Just making sure you intended that. I see it happening 2-3 times in a 1,000 point game, depending on luck obviously, but when you pull it off you can move up 6 spaces and then use the stars up to 5 spaces away and then leap 3 spaces and attack with the nunchucks and then, if you land a wound, you can leap an additional 3 spaces and normal attack twice giving you a total of up to 12 move that turn with 6 of it ignoring some height.

I just see it potentially being strong, especially if you add in bonuses like Red Skull II.

I suppose I see him still as a specialist but more aggressive. You definitely have him done as an aggressor., I'm just not sure the specialist part is coming through yet. Definitely a cool concept though.

WARBOUND
If Miek is adjacent to at least one other Gladiator figure, he may add one to his attack and one to his defense.

FOR THE HIVE
Miek rolls an extra attack die for each wound marker on this card, to a max of 3.

NEVER STOPPING
If Miek successfully wounds an enemy with his normal attack, he may roll an unblockable attack die against all adjacent enemies.

FLYING

Thought I'd do a writeup on og Flash villain The Turtle! I'm not super familiar, so let me know if anything's off. I know the original basically didn't have any powers, this is based on the newer version. I could also see the Life Drain being dropped, I didn't give him super strength either.

SLOW AND STEADY
At the beginning of the game, choose a Unique Hero with the Superspeed or Speed Force power that an opponent controls. Before taking a turn with Turtle, you may reveal the X Order Marker on this card. If you do, the chosen Hero may not use the Superspeed or Speed Force special power this round and after taking a turn, Turtle may move up to an additional 4 spaces.

STILL FORCE
Turtle may move through all figures, never takes leaving engagement attacks, and does not have to stop his movement when entering water spaces. After Turtle's turn, if he did not attack, you may subtract 4 from the Move number of an opponent’s army card to a minimum of 1 until the end of the round, or roll an unblockable attack die against each figure engaged with Turtle.

LIFE FORCE DRAIN 14
Each time Turtle inflicts one or more wounds with his normal attack, you may roll the 20-sided die. If you roll 14 or higher, remove a Wound Marker from this Army Card. Androids and destructible objects are not affected by Life Force Drain 14.

Cool design, I love me some Flash villains. I like him being able to subtract from an opponent's move without a range restriction - that's a useful power that gets the Turtle feel across. Neat that he can essentially steal Superspeed too, like his pal Mirror Master.
