What is up with all of these x vs. y threads/polls?

The 2 you are comparing are completely different units with completely different uses.

Now, I have not played with either, but I picked Kaemon because I am not a Q9 fan. Still, you may want to have a more specific question and reasons for it.

Could you start a poll? I'd really like to pick the wagon! It has wheels, man's greatest invention. I know it's 50 points more than a cow...but it has carry...

Well, Kaemon is often compared to Q9. I've seen him called a "mini Q9".

But I pick Kaemon, he's my favorite figure... EVER! (God, I'd bet you guys are sick of me saying that)

And I pick cows, I feel I would get more use from them. But don't get me wrong, wagons are nice to keep around.

I think it would be better comparing Kaemon Awa to Q10 since they are alot more similar.
Kaemon gets my vote though.
And I would vote for cows because you can sacrifice them to heal your cowboys like nagrubs
