Are there any small or medium cg3 figures whose power states there movement is never affected by a special power?

In my custom battles I go by the powers and how they are meant to work, Juggs would never be stopped by a Cyber Claw, It could never touch him ( He is protected by a magic forcefield )( AND NOT A MUTANT !!) Where as my Dr.Strange's Crimmson Bands would/could produce the D-20 roll off to see which power was greater.
