I was thinking an action game where, before each battle, you, the kyrie for your general, pick like 5 units and then carry on with the story(battle). In the battle each unit has special abilities and you can change between units but if the kyrie dies it all game over. If you aren't personally controlling the unit you can make all your units either guard, defend themselves, use special, or attack.

6 x 9 = 42

If they do make it it a game I think it should be a soldeirs point of view.kinda like this, you play as a basic squad one each for each group: Marro warriors, Airborn elite, etc. Each race has their own specails and weaknesses. As you beat the game you move up higher in rank ( basiclly A better carater). It may even be a online game...

I think Hasbro should beef up the demo game from the website and put the field at an angle and every time we buy an expansion have a code in it and you could put your code in and receive the figures in the game so you real collection is the same and offer on line play with official scenarios doesnt have to be pretty just work.

the hs computer fan game ist still up datet.

but i think a real offical game will be better like for the nintendo ds with some exclusive figures+ card and a real action figure inside the.

for perfeckt maketing five diffend versios with 5 differnet figures.

yeah the codes system would work well. But the only problem would be that if someone gets the idea and post the code on the iternet. Then it is all useless.

If anyone has ever played the game Gladius for
X-box I think that kind of battle system would work
terrific for a heroscape Video game. For those unfortunate
enough to have never played the game,

You are building a school of gladiators to fight in the arena
and gain exp. and money. The battles consist of
turn based fighting. The turnes are ordered by initiative.
The more initiative points a gladiator gains, the more often
your character has a turn. This is equivalent to rolling the D20
The battle arenas often havetypes of elevation like boxes
or hills and being on heightgives you an attack bonus. This is
equal to the height advantage in heroscape.
The most interesting feature is the attack method where there is
a bar going across the bottom of the screen. A white line travels
across the bar and when it crosses a specific point you need to
hit the indicated button above that point. If you time it right
you strike the opposing figure or they dodge your attack sometimes.
The only down side is there is no way to dodge unless you get
lucky

There is way more to this game and I highly recomend it for anyone
who likes heroscape. If there ever was a heroscape game I think it
should be based off Gladius.

It's back and stronger than ever. Check out my Einar vs. Utgar Chapter 2

Really if they do make a vidio game it would have to be 1st person veiw game. like the whole game would be the same but you cant see what the enemy does so you can REALLY do suprise attacks. And of course it should have the internat play.

Deathreacers should be banned!

I'm all for any kind of Heroscape video game doesn't matter to me what genre they make it I'd by it and play it. I also think They should make a full time Cartoon or animated series for those of you who don't like to say cartoon. But I think there is a thread for that somewhere around these boards so I won't go into that.

As much as I'd like to see the rules and stuff handled by the computer, I can't honestly say Heroscape would work as well. The biggest problem I see is the ability to expand it with new units. They would have to release an expansion or patch each time they put out a few new units. I also think you'd really lose something with the dice roll. Since all of that would be handled automatically, I can't see as much personal interest in attacking and defending. It makes it a little too easy to blame the game, which is never fun.

No codes system. The one advantage a computer version of the game should have is unlimited access to the pieces. If you're going to make it, then people should be allowed to have as many units, terrain pieces, etc that the memory can allow. No seperate purchases.
