I think its still quite clear what faction she plays with. I'm not sure what hypothetical easily confused player is going to suddenly think that the fact that it says Ally over Family means she doesn't play with that faction. And if a day comes that Batman starts formally condoning her as part of the Family, you have my blessing to swap the title.

Everything that's been linked mentions Harley considering herself part of the family or being "helper Harley" and just makes it sound like she tags along. Nothing showing Bats actually including her in the family.

Yea with the thread change even though I think the figure used here look terrible.

I think we all collectively blame Heroclix for the ugliness of the figure, not anyone doing art here.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I don't agree with the decision, but it's ultimately a fairly meaningless label at the end of the day.
