I never bothered to analyze the Core Game spell decks, as you just used the 12 that were provided to make your Spell Deck. But now that we can do a tiny bit of deck building, here are the color decks distributed by cost. One the one hand, a higher cost usually means a better spell. On the other hand, more low cost spells means a greater deck building flexibility! We can see, for example, that while White has no cards of the top two tier costs, it is clearly the most flexible. The next expansion(s) may of course change the mix.
Code:
45: White -- Black -- Blue 1 Red 1 Green --
40: White -- Black 2 Blue-- Red -- Green --
35: White 1 Black -- Blue 1 Red -- Green 1
30: White 2 Black -- Blue -- Red 2 Green 1
25: White 2 Black 3 Blue 2 Red 2 Green 2
20: White 2 Black 2 Blue 3 Red 1 Green 3
15: White -- Black 3 Blue 2 Red 2 Green 2
10: White 7 Black 3 Blue 3 Red 5 Green 4
5: White 1 Black 2 Blue 3 Red 2 Green 2
Total: 15 Per Deck
The Zendikar Expansion now gives you 15 cards instead of 12, which means that you have to leave 3 out of each deck, as the requirements of having exactly 12 cards with a maximum of 200 points has not changed, although the army building totals have (an increase of 100, except for the Take Down Scenario).
Which 3 cards will you leave out for each color when building your deck?

. . . this is an interesting analysis, which we'll have to update with the release of each new expansion.
