Statues
Just a thought but I use cheap 4 inch nativaty figures picked up after Christmas. I use spray paint to gray them up and most of them will fit in a single hex.

What do you do with the Baby Jesus?

Well he could part the rivers so the troops can cross
(Yes all you biblical scholars it was Moses, but hey he should have perks too, right?) Whoops somehow posted twice, man now I'll get twice the hate mail. |

This thread reminded me of a story. I was standing next to the large Heroscape set up in the Hasbro booth at GenCon last year watching some of the demo games when a typical gaming fan walked up next to me. He looked the board over, pulled his hand out of his pocket and placed a 3 inch tall statue of Jesus on one of the hexes. Then, without missing a beat, he looked at me and said "All of us win with Christ." I simply walked away. There was no point getting in that conversation. I wonder if he walked around doing that to other people playing games as well.

Good call.
What he did was equivalent to setting up a heroscape game and playing during services. It's just not appropriate and a bit rude. Maxo-Texas Everquest, DND |

As sacreligious as it might be, my friends and I have joked about making a Jesus custom. We were going to give him the abilities of walking on water, healing, and three turns after he dies... he comes back!

Thats quite funny... the unforgivable thing is, I can just about picture that as a custom, and quite a controversal one (maybe) at that! |

Statues
Ok Everyone very funny. I am talking mainly about figures from the O'holy night set Kmart had a few years back. I mainly wanted the buildings but the roman officer and his horse made fine statues. and I just did the common people I supose from another nativity seen a woman with a jug of some kind a man with a sheep, and a guy with a staff. the robed Jewish preist made a fine statue also.
I just found a Wise man for .25 cents after cristmas redused wich is why I thought somepeople might be interesded. Pete God makes us strong for a little while so we can defend the weak. DnD Customs Comics Customs Custom Terain TREKSCAPE |
