These have the class of Criminal and the Hired Henchmen are Criminals, are we going singular or plural for class on squads? Is it a matter of Unique vs. Common?

Good catch. We went singular on Parademons and Clan Ninja and I'm pretty sure that was the aesthetic intent in 2.0, so we probably need to update Hired Henchmen to be singular.
C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I know I was one of the folks pushing for that I just missed it on the Henchmen
Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those.
