I love that element of mystery. Is he with C3G or is he some rogue programmer working from the shadows? Is he a real guy or is he just Griffin logged in as a different user? Ginger or Mary Ann? I like to keep you guessing.
Good one Snapple.

Hey Snapple, you know what would nice when building a map is a delete all/clear all button.

Let's give it one more try, mind you the IP will change every time my computer reboots, but we can probably figure out a slick workaround if you can get through.

Are you saying that you don't enjoy deleting all the hexes one by one? You're so lazy Good call, that should be easy enough to put in there.

Awesome! Until I get another method setup, anytime you can't get in, just shoot me a PM or an e-mail and I'll give you the updated IP.

Re: C3G SuperHeroScape Online

I was able to get in, but couldn't do anything else. Then I realized that it's probably because I'm using IE. At work all software is tightly controlled because they are so worried about exploits; I don't know if other browsers are approved. I'll have to see what I can find out tomorrow.

Porkins, you've got some bad luck. IE is not supported at the moment. My suggestion is to put logmein.com on your home computer and then go to logmein.com in your IE at work. It should let you log into your home computer and then using that computer, log into the C3G site using chrome or firefox.

Re: C3G SuperHeroScape Online

Just played my first battle and loved it. I was thinking about Darkeagle's suggestion of a Knockback button. I think what he means is on characters that have super strength, after damage is resolved, if knockback occurred, you could click on the character and click the knockback button and it would put the text in that says character A knocked back Character B. Then we could move character B according to knockback rules and that movement would be recorded in the text simply as character B moved. If damage resulted we would change the life remaining just as we do now.
Anyway that's my two cents on how a knockback button could work.
Love what you've done so far.

Re: C3G SuperHeroScape Online

I never use knockback in my games b/c it gives a very useful power to almost 50% of figures in the game. That makes people who actually have that power much less effective (ie - all the Iron Men)

An knock back button would be a cool idea, if you use it, but I think it would be better to invest in more figures and other, more essential features (ie glyphs, Castle, Battlements, VS downloads)

Re: C3G SuperHeroScape Online

It'd definitely be awesome if you could toggle on/off Knockback! Great idea!

C3G can be played with official Heroscape, but it's not recommended.

I'm so excited that you guys are able to get a full game in!

That knockback button sounds pretty simple. I'm adding it to my enhancement list.

Re: C3G SuperHeroScape Online

I just used the castle pieces in a map, an I really like it. It is a little tough to add the walkways to the top, but it works.

I would suggest adding a way to rotate the map during the battles/map building. It's kind of annoying when you have to delete pieces to get to the ones behind it.
