Has anyone said anything about rules for jungle trees?

They give +1 def against ranged attacks

2+2=fish, .99=1 and Richard is awsome!

For anyone adjacent? The tree hexes only, or shrub hexes too? Hmmm...

Anyway...I'm feelin' like pie.

And there it is.

However it will be interesting to see just how this mechanic works. Hopefully it's not just if you're standing adjacent to the trees. Rather that a tree is standing between you and the attacker, or something along those lines.

2+2=fish, .99=1 and Richard is awsome!

Hmmmmm... can't say I like that.

Do you know if the the defense bonus is cumulative? Standing adjacent to two trees is equal to +2 Defense?

That keeps it nice and simple, but also adds a bit of silliness (bush behind me, so you can't see me so good). Still, range could stand to be taken down a notch. We'll have to see how it plays.

Plus Height? That could get pretty out of control.

But it makes the Aubrien Archers pretty much worthless as ranged figures.

True, it makes 'em wimpier--maybe too wimpy. Not to mention Arrow Gruts, Harquebus...
