Would I want it to be everything I love...sure...but that's just not realistic so I'm going to focus on finding things that will make me unhappy and work on fixing those. |

Re: The HoSS Cantina
We picked up an abandoned cat almost two years ago and the vet pegged his birthday around the beginning of may. So my son naturally picked May the 4th as his birthday. So when he gives the cat his birthday tuna treat he naturally says..."Happy Birthday, May the forth be with you"

Re: The HoSS Cantina
So what are your thoughts about using certain Star Wars minis maps like the anchorhead outdoor one with Heroscape rules for maps that are hard to simulate well with Heroscape tiles?

Re: The HoSS Cantina
Are you talking about grid style play on the older starwars miniatures games foldouts? For non competitive play that should be ok. I find it fairly easy to simulate star wars with the castle set, dungeon set, and marvel set. For areas like endor and such the regular sets work great.

Re: The HoSS Cantina
I was working on an Ewok village idea.
I was thinking about wrapping or 'skinning' castle pillars to simulate giant tree trunks. I suppose you could simply paint them. I was looking at different fabrics and bark wraps. After that you can whip up bridges by using little wooden picket fences on their side. For you open map idea I would consider building it out of actual tree branches. Re: The HoSS Cantina
@Tornado
. Using the hexless gridless system we are working on, I have some designs drafted up in my shop for a tree village that is epic. Youll get to see it soon enough.

Re: The HoSS Cantina
I find that I can never get it to look quite right for planet cities. What I like about using the miniature maps with Heroscape is that the maps give s lot more buildings or rooms to fight in

Re: The HoSS Cantina
Out of curiosity, is the use of Star Wars logo and imagery copyright or trademark infringement?
