Not sure when the bolded line got added, but I think we need to remove it. Can anyone think of bad ramifications for doing so?

Right now having it there allows for things like Galactus eating the Astral Plane and disallows some wanted interactions, like one involving on unreleased LD of Soundwarp's.

Otherworldly Plane
The Astral Plane is considered part of any other battlefield in play. Figures on the Astral Plane may not have Order Markers placed or revealed on their Army Cards, and only Manifestations may occupy the Astral Plane.

Without a Tether
At the end of each player's turn, any figure you control that is occupying the Astral Plane and does not have a Tether on the battlefield is removed from the game.
