Thanks, glad to hear you like her! I don't quite know about points. Maybe someone else could help with that? I'm thinking Chaotic Defense may have to get changed up a little bit before she's C3G-quality, but I feel like her throwing opponent's OMs around does a good job of showing how she throws everything into chaos, similar to the Joker.

As for figures, I haven't found anything yet. Warlord games has a figure, but it's an unpainted 38mm figure, meaning it'll be about 25% bigger than your average Scape/Clix figure. If you find something you think could work, even with some modding, please let me know!

SONIC TECHNOLOGY
Start the game with either the Glyph of Sonic Screwdriver or the Glyph of Sonic Sunglasses on this card. The Doctor cannot lose this Glyph by receiving wounds unless he is destroyed.

DUTY OF CARE
At the start of the game, choose any other figure you control with both an Attack number and Defense number of 4 or lower. If the chosen Hero is destroyed, the Doctor is considered Hell Bent for the remainder of the round. While the Doctor is Hell Bent, he adds 2 to his attack and after moving on his turn, he must attack each adjacent figure, if possible.

SPLIT-SECOND CALCULATIONS
If the Doctor or any friendly figure within 6 clear sight spaces of the Doctor is attacked by a figure, you may reveal an "X" Order Marker on this card. If you do, you may either add 1 automatic shield to that figure’s defense roll or move any number of unrevealed Order Markers from that figure’s card to the card of any other figure you control. If that figure is the Doctor’s chosen figure, you must use Split-Second Calculations, if possible.

NAME = GLYPH OF SONIC SUNGLASSES
SUBTITLE = SHADOW ELIMINATION/ORDER MARKER REVEAL

EQUIPMENT GLYPH
When this figure attacks a figure on a Shadow Tile, the defending figure does not receive any additional defense dice for the Shadow Tile. Instead of attacking with this figure, you may choose an opponent's figure within 6 spaces and roll the 20-sided die, adding 5 to your roll if this figure is a Gallifreyan. If you roll a 12 or higher, you may view all Order Markers on the chosen figure's card.

Second draft on the Twelfth Doctor. Covers the same ground as the last draft, but I feel like this version is much smoother.

Sonic Technology gives him the option to choose between his two sonic tools, depending on the situation he finds himself in. Might make sense to reword it a bit closer to Utility Belt so he can see who he's up against before choosing.

Duty of Care represents just how close he gets to his companions. He's not someone who forms a lot of social bonds, but when he does they're extremely strong. Without spoiling too much, this power pretty clearly represents a specific story. It also allows for Missy team-ups, which I'm totally for.

Split-Second Calculations represents how he deals with situations. If he thinks he can save somebody, he'll stick his neck out for them, but if he knows they're going to die, he'll disconnect and just work on saving everybody else.

Go The Distance just represents his tenacity. Once this guy locks onto an idea or goal, he's going to achieve it, and the rest of the universe can't do a whole lot to stop him.

I'd cut Go the Distance. There's a lot going on in the first three powers and they feel more essential to the design, IMO.

COMMAND UPGRADE
When Cyber Leader would be destroyed, you may instead destroy a Medium Emotionless Cyborg you control and place Cyber Leader on the space that Emotionless Cyborg previously occupied.

I also tried updating the Cyber-converter to allow for a potential Cybermat design.

If an Emotionless Cyborg figure you control destroys a figure that is not an Android or Construct, you may place the destroyed figure on this card. At the end of each round, you may remove one figure from this card and place one of your previously destroyed Emotionless Cyborg figures on an empty space adjacent to this destructible object. The Emotionless Cyborg figure must be the same size as the figure removed from this card.

PRESERVATION DIRECTIVE
If this Cyber-conversion Unit is targeted for an attack, before attack dice are rolled, you may choose one Emotionless Cyborg figure you control and move it up to 4 spaces. If the chosen Emotionless figure ends this movement adjacent to the attacking figure, then the attacking figure must target and attack the chosen figure, if possible.

There’ve been a few Cyber Leaders throughout the years. (Along with Cyber Controllers, Cyber Planners, and all sorts of other silly names for boss Cybermen) The one we have a mini for is specifically the model from S2 of the new series I think. I always liked in Army of Ghosts/Doomsday when the good guys kill the Cyber Leader and another Cyberman just downloads the Cyber Leader programming.
