TAMARANEAN HATRED (/ANGUISH)
Before attacking with Blackfire, if there are two or more wound markers on this card or opponent's Tamaranean figure is within 4 clear sight spaces of Blackfire. After Blackfire attacks with her normal attack, she may attack two additional times, or three additional attacks if she is attacking a Tamaranean.

This version works for me, except it gets messy to say she gets the third attack based on "if she is attacking a Tamaranean". Does that mean all her attacks have to be against a Tamaranean to trigger it? Does it mean just the third additional attack has to be a Tamaranean? It'd suggest reworking it like this:

TAMARANEAN HATRED (/ANGUISH)
After Blackfire attacks the first time on a turn with her normal attack, if there are two or more Wound Markers on this card or there is at least 1 opponent's Tamaranean figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Blackfire, she may attack two additional times, or three additional times if she attacked a Tamaranean figure with her first attack.

DUAL STARBOLT SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 8. Attack 3.
After attacking a figure with this special attack, if you inflicted one or more wounds on the defending figure, roll one unblockable attack die against each adjacent figure without the Super Strength special power. After attacking with this special attack, you may attack one additional time with this special attack.

Ooh, I like that version. It should specify that it hits figures adjacent to the defending figure, because right now it hits everybody adjacent to her, but otherwise, I really like that.

Good point. I think though it should be all 3 so:

Another good point. How about:

If you inflicted one or more wounds on the chosen figure with this special attack, roll one unblockable attack die against each figure without the Super Strength special power that is adjacent to the chosen figure. After attacking with this special attack, you may attack one additional time with this special attack.

Thinking about it more, I don't like having the three additional attacks based on her attacking a Tamaranean, it just gets messy. What if, for the third additional attack, she targets a Tamaranean but a defensive power like Superman's diverts the attack? At that point, she shouldn't get that attack because she's not attacking a Tamaranean with all of the attacks.

How about:

TAMARANEAN HATRED
After Blackfire attacks the first time on a turn with her normal attack, she may either attack 2 additional times if there are 2 or more Wound Markers on this card, or attack 3 additional times if there is at least 1 opponent's Tamaranean figure within 4 clear sight spaces of Blackfire.

As to Dual Starbolts, I think the wording would be clearest like this:

DUAL STARBOLT SPECIAL ATTACK
Range 8. Attack 3.
If a figure attacked by this special attack receives at least 1 wound, immediately roll 1 unblockable attack die against each figure that does not have the Super Strength special power adjacent to the defending figure. After attacking with this special attack, you may attack one additional time with this special attack.

I think it's for clarity in corner cases. For example, what happens if she has only 1 wound, attacks a figure and takes a wound from counterstrike. Does she still get the extra attacks? Or what if she has two wounds, attacks two extra times, and after the second attack, a Tamaranean moves/is moved within 4 paces of her? That kind of thing. Plus, it's not like we're hurting for space on the card.
