Character Bio - Since his revival in the 21st century, decades after the defeat of the Axis, the Red Skull has been fixated on a quest for world domination that was stymied so long ago. Bouncing from body to body, mind to mind, he has become something more than a man - he is, in a sense, fascism given flesh. Schmidt has few allies and fewer friends, but he commands respect and loyalty from those that serve him, whether on his own banner or those of the countless organizations he co-opted. For the Skull, every man, woman, and child is a tool in his box, a weapon in his arsenal. Disaffected youths and hardened terrorists, merciless killers, like Crossbones, and his own daughter, Sin - each one a pawn in a long, bloody game, with no end in sight.

COMBAT TRAINING 2
When Red Skull attacks an adjacent figure with a normal attack, add 2 to his Attack number. After attacking a non-adjacent figure with a normal attack, Red Skull may attack one additional time.

Looks like a fun one. I like that New World Order mirrors Captain America's boosts.

Pretty happy with where we arrived at here. Only wish there were a few more Terrorist options. Crossbones is clearly the best option with Red Skull's aura & Gorgon has a SA to try with it. If I were to pair him up with Armin Zola, who would be the best Cyborgs/Androids to add into that mix?

I think he's ripe for a "brainwash into Terrorist" partner like Dr. Faustus. And probably another "choose a Terrorist at the start of the game" power on Sin.

I would restrict New World Order to just figures you control, seems like it's more abusable in team games as-is. Maybe go with "SERVANT OF THE SKULL" for the first power. That's probably it?

I love the similarities to our old Red Skull, I love the new take on the leadership power. I love the limited bonding. Looks like a win to me.

I'm not sure if there's a way to cheese revealed markers to his card. Commander Rogers can only move unrevealed ones, so maybe we're fine.

I agree on the 'you control' language, it was an oversight on my part on updating it after you suggested it earlier as well. I'll get it fixed after the breathing period ends. Pretty flexible on power names here, so I can make that change as well.
